Welcome to KOS Distribution. By using our website, web store, services and products you agree to these terms. Please read them.

1. General

KOS Distribution, LLC provides wholesale distribution of Hispanic, Latin American and international grocery and foodservice products to businesses in the states we serve. By placing an order or using our services you confirm that you are a business authorized to purchase wholesale goods.

2. Ordering and payment

All orders are subject to product availability.
Prices are set in our system and shown in your account. Sales representatives cannot change them.
Payment terms must be agreed before purchase. Late payments may incur additional fees.
We may refuse service to any customer for any lawful reason.

3. Delivery

We work hard to deliver on your route day, but delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
KOS is not responsible for delays caused by weather, third-party carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Please check every delivery against the invoice when it arrives and report any discrepancy within 48 hours.

4. Returns and refunds

All sales are final. Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products reported within 5 business days of receipt.
Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion after we verify the claim.

5. Retail setups, resets and consultations

Setup and reset services are subject to scheduling and availability.
Customers must provide accurate store details and give our team access to complete the work.
KOS is not liable for changes in sales resulting from layout changes.

6. Brokering

KOS facilitates product sourcing and supplier connections but does not guarantee supplier performance.
Customers using brokering services agree to do their own due diligence on sourced products.

7. Limitation of liability

KOS is not responsible for lost profits, indirect damages or business disruption resulting from product availability, pricing or service execution. Our liability is limited to the cost of the products or services purchased.

8. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks and branding associated with KOS Distribution are our property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Privacy

Personal and business information you give us is handled under our privacy policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the latest version.
