Privacy policy
Effective October 10, 2026
KOS Distribution, LLC (“KOS”, “we”, “us”) is a wholesale food distributor at 3864 Logistics Way #101, Antioch, TN 37013. This policy explains what information we collect through kosdistribution.com, our web store at order.kosdistribution.com and our forms, how we use it and the choices you have. Our mobile app has its own mobile app privacy policy.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you apply for an account, register as a supplier, apply for a job or contact us, we collect what you type into the form: your name, business name, role, phone, email, business address, business type, license or tax ID numbers if you provide them, and anything you write in a message. Job applicants may upload a resume.
Account and order information. If you become a customer, we keep the records needed to serve you: contact details, delivery address, prices, orders, invoices, payments and delivery history.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of the visit. We may use analytics tools (for example Google Analytics) that set cookies to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
- To answer your message and set up and service your account
- To pick, deliver and invoice your orders
- To tell you about promotions, flyers and products (you can opt out any time by replying or telling your rep)
- To review supplier offers and job applications
- To run, secure and improve our website
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run the business, under contract, and only as needed: web hosting and email providers, our business software (ERP, web store and app platform), payment and credit processors, and our own delivery team. We may also share information when the law requires it or to protect our rights, and in connection with a sale or merger of the business.
Cookies
Our site uses essential cookies to make forms and the web store work, and may use analytics cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work without essential cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep customer, supplier and transaction records for as long as you have a relationship with us and afterwards for the period required by tax and business law. Job applications are kept for up to one year unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Website inquiries are kept as long as needed to respond.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing messages at any time. Email info@kosdistribution.com or write to the address above. We will respond within 30 days. Business records we are legally required to keep may be exempt.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you believe your account has been compromised.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top tells you when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
