Family owned in Antioch, Tennessee since 2017.
We started as a distributor of authentic Hispanic and Latin American groceries. Today our trucks carry more than 5,000 products to stores and kitchens in 12 states, and we still run the company the way we did on day one: show up, keep your word, fix it when something goes wrong.
Our story
Built by someone who ran stores first
KOS Distribution was founded in 2017 by Hesham Muhsin with a simple idea: bring authentic Hispanic and Latin American products to independent stores with fair pricing, dependable delivery and real retail know-how.
Hesham came from the retail side. He knew that success in a store is not just about having the right products, it is about how they are placed, displayed and priced. So KOS went beyond distribution from the start, helping customers with store setups, resets and the practical advice a chain would get from its own merchandising team.
That mindset grew into KOS Foodservice, our division for restaurants and institutions, and into our ownership in Frosty Acres Brands, which gives our customers national buying power with local service. The name on the truck is the same. So is the phone number.

One price list
Prices are set in our system, not by the salesperson. Every store pays the same for the same case on the same day.
Our trucks, our drivers
We deliver with our own fleet and crew, carry the product in and check it against the invoice with you.
A rep who answers
Every customer has a rep with a phone number. When the market moves, you hear it from us first.
Fix it fast
Short, damaged, wrong item: tell us within 48 hours and we make it right on the next truck.
